Katrina graduated from the 3 year (3000 hour) registered massage therapy program at the longest standing massage therapy training facility in BC, the West Coast College of Massage Therapy. She has practiced in Langley since 2004.

Her intense training gave her a well rounded education in all the body systems and a very intense study of anatomy, physiology, clinical sciences, orthopaedic assessment, manual techniques and massage therapy. Techniques, including but not limited to, Swedish massage, Trigger Point therapy, Neuromuscular therapy, Fascial release, Hydrotherapy, and sport massage.

Some of her post graduate work includes Deep Tissue massage, and Stone Therapy, and has ongoing interests in Pregnancy massage, and stretching/exercising programs. As part of CMTBC requirements, she actively participates in the continuing education component of the regulatory board. In practice, Katrina sees and treats a wide variety of patient issues, such as headaches, postural dysfunction, pirifomis syndrome, and all types of injuries form sports to MVA's.

Katrina's main goal treatment is to get her patients educated as to why they are experiencing what they are and give them information to help them in ongoing home care, and back to an optimal health.
